30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.
How to Start a Return

Returns must be approved before being sent. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
We may request photo or video evidence to process your claim.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The item must meet the return conditions stated above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
